Rules of Enforcement Changed for the Duration of the State of Emergency The Hungarian Government has adopted a second set of measures to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in Hungary. Hungary’s Government declared a state of emergency on 11 March 2020 and established the Operational Group assisting the Prime Minister in order to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic.
