Ákos Szenczy is a Partner. He is specialised in domestic and cross-border M&A deals and corporate law. He frequently advises clients on acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and various corporate matters especially in the insurance, retail, agri-food and hotel sectors. He has acquired significant experience in the field of real estate as well. In addition, Ákos Szenczy represents clients in strategic litigations involving claims for damages and complex issues regarding civil law before Hungary’s highest courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
