We had the pleasure of inviting Prof. Bertrand Badie (SciencesPo Paris) and Prof. Henry Laurens (Collège de France) for our second “Penthièvre meetings” which took place in Paris on 6 March 2023 on the theme “Return of empires or crisis of civilization?”. The debate was led and moderated by Brice de Villers.
