We also provide legal assistance and advice regarding termination of the employment relationship (analyzing the grounds for termination, helping with the negotiation of settlement agreements, where necessary, drafting various documents in the dismissal process, etc.).

We support our clients in managing their relations with trade unions, employee representatives and representative bodies (strategy, electoral process, drafting of related documents, negotiating collective agreements).

We assist companies in the social consequences of restructuring operations (collective redundancies) by advising them on the strategy to adopt, the implementation calendar, the employee representative information and consultation procedures to implement, etc.

We represent our clients in individual or collective employment litigations (strike management, collective conflicts) at all stages (risk assessment, amicable or contentious proceedings).
