D’ORNANO PARTNERS consolidates its Corporate/M&A team with the recruitment of Sara Goolaup.

Sara Goolaup has a solid experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law enabling her to provide appropriate and pragmatic solutions to the firm’s clients in relation to their operations in France as well as in Central and Eastern Europe and in South Eastern Europe.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Sara Goolaup is a graduate of the Sciences Po Paris Law School. She began her career in several law firms before joining the legal team of Voodoo, the French unicorn of mobile games and applications, for three years. She has notably worked on Corporate/M&A matters related in to the company’s numerous international investments, as well as on aspects of commercial law and publishing contracts.
